Making the magic happen

Business Conclave
Our idea behind the Business Conclave is to propagate the spirit of ‘Business for Everyone’, where students irrespective of their discipline, can participate and learn from the crème-de-lecrème of the corporate world. Here you get to venture into the unexplored to have captivating and personal conversations with game-changing entrepreneurs and leaders at the Executive’s Journal, the Business Conclave’s unique element, along with participating in engaging yet rewarding competitions to win it all. And sit back at the day’s end at the Corporate Gala - an exceptional social platform to build your network. To sum it up, Business and Beyond, the only line that can embody the business conclave's mindfulness-based approach in organising our flagship event for everyone.
Build up
The Build Up is one of the flagship events of Breeze, the annual college fest. It is an intense business event with the central idea of challenging the basic business acumen of the participants. Stock market investing sessions, business simulations, pitching to the investors about your ideas, and much more! If you've got the confidence in your analytical skills, know your way around solving problems, and are keen on learning, this should be a ~Breeze~ for you! Mind your own business and showcase your intellect and improvisation to come on top, and who knows you might even win big!

Corporate Monopoly
Inspiria's Corporate Monopoly goes beyond the traditional "Buy and Sell" strategy to include real-world challenges and opportunities that businesses face every day. The objective is simple - Fight your way to become the Richest person in the game with a twist! Acquire any property you like, either forcefully, through a hostile takeover, or a strategic partnership with your opponent. Build your business empire by constructing offices and headquarters across all your properties. At the same time, work your way through a stock market simulation, where each team gets a chance to either collect additional funds or lose them all through stock trading and create your ultimate portfolio. Corporate Monopoly is one of the most challenging yet exciting events that is organized by Inspiria every year. It offers a platform for you to use your wits to your advantage and decide your opponent's face, or lose it all with the roll of a dice!
Fireside Chat
Fireside chat is a smoothly moderated informal conversation between founders of the best start-ups the country has witnessed in recent years. Rooted in the theme of Entrepreneurship, the chat carries an essence of the journeys of these giant businesses and how they tackled barriers on the way, converting them into success stories. Anecdotes of their college life, megatrends of their respective industries, and minor elements that help foster business growth are all packed up under this professional yet interactive ambiance. In short, it’s an informal yet entailed active discussion on an array of essential and widely debated topics.

Offbeat
The latest venture by Inspiria in the ever-expanding world of business is slightly unconventional, or you could say, Offbeat! Inspiria’s own talk show invites panelists who’ve taken the road less traveled and chose the offbeat path in their career. A casual conversation between professionals in the same occupation but born in different generations and interactive workshops, all made possible to attend at the comfort of your own home. Success isn’t exclusively achieved by being mainstream and that’s our mission with the event, to empower young minds with conventional as well as non-conventional knowledge and career paths across disciplines.
Young Thinker's Forum
The Young Thinker's Forum (YTF) is Shiv Nadar University's new initiative. It's open for school students and is a week-long course that will help school students experience the various fields that lie ahead in their career path, in order to help them make informed decisions. This course was held in collaboration with many other clubs and organizations emphasizing on different paths, where Inspiria’s student mentors hold sessions on various business domains like innovation management, understanding consumer behavior, business ethics, introduction to financial markets and fin-tech.
